Return Policy


You may return any unopened, unused, or defective item purchased from within thirty (30) days of the date you received your order. You will receive a full refund for unopened, unused or defective items in the original form of payment. Merchandise damaged in shipment may be returned for a full refund but a request for such a refund must be placed with The Healthcoach7’s customer service within 48 hours of delivery. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For returns via mail, the product must be carefully packaged, and you are responsible for return postage and any damage incurred on the return shipment. A 10% re-stocking fee will be applied on all returns.

Before returning any products via mail you must contact The Healthcoach7 Customer Service and request a return ticket number so that we can match your return shipment to your pending credit when it arrives. Failure to do so before mailing back product may result in significant delays in obtaining a refund. Once you have a return ticket number, please mail the product, packing list or email order confirmation, and return ticket number to:

Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued within 30 days and an e-mail confirmation will be sent. The Healthcoach7 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return or request for refund.

You may also return products in person to our retail store. A copy of your email order confirmation or the packing list from the shipment, is required as proof of purchase for an in-store refund.
